Transport Efficiency Analysis (TEA)
Assessing the benefits
Isotrak's Transport Efficiency Analysis (TEA) is an exercise in which we assist potential customers assess the suitability and applicability of the Isotrak ATMS system to their transport environment.
Tracking hardware is installed and data is gathered with a view to assessing the benefits that using the ATMS system could realise. These benefits have been turned into a financial model that in the first instance identifies the saving and in the second qualifies the saving in financial terms.
The TEA report
The TEA document illustrates our findings and the savings and also outlines some of the changes in organisational thinking required to deliver the changes.
- the reduction of paperwork by the elimination of manual systems
- the adoption of trailer tracking as an integrated part of the ATMS system
- reduction in driver time by the delivery of manifests to the in cab terminal
- Integration of the main fleet with the primary fleet
- Customer service benefits e.g. customer portal and order information delivered electronically to store.
- Improvement in environmental credentials in alignment with stated customer policies.
