With Isotrak’s ATMS  Resource Management module driver shifts can be managed to ensure that just sufficient resource is available for the days work and that available driver hours are used as productively as possible to maximise fleet utilisation and minimise wages expense.

Isotrak’s ATMS Resource Management Module has the capability to comprehensively plan driver, vehicle and trailer usage across single, regional or even in integrated fleet environments. It monitors Actual vs. Plan in real time and provides the ability to pro-actively manage and analyse transport performance. Because ATMS monitors in real time changes can be made quickly and easily giving instantaneous benefits.

Import pre-planned routes

Whether routes are fixed on a daily basis, created in Isotrak’s planning module or dynamically created using a leading planning tool such as Paragon, they can be quickly and easily imported into Resource Manager and made available for allocation. This allows Transport Management staff to focus on other issues that may arise during the shift and not get bogged down planning routes for ever changing traffic or weather conditions.

Accurate visibility of available resources such as tractors, trailers, rigids and drivers in real time is the starting point for good resource utilisation. Job scheduling & resource management

Isotrak’s ATMS products allow users to build jobs and allocate resources using intuitive menu driven options. With the added ability to save previous jobs as templates, regular delivery routes can be added to daily plans with the click of a mouse. Furthermore, with the concept of "sticky resources", the system will remember which vehicle and driver was previously allocated to the job, and ask the user if he wants to allocate these resources to the job once again. Coupled with data of actual journey times driven on previous jobs, the ATMS Job Management module allows Planners to quickly and easily build jobs based on real data, and manage these jobs through the ATMS suite
