Parcel, Postal and Home Delivery is a competitive arena in which cost and customer satisfaction are both important.

All of UK’s letters are delivered using Isotrak at some stage of their journey: crucially Royal Mail vehicles that trunk post between mail and distribution centres and are fitted with Isotrak Vehicle tracking technology.

Isotrak helps with both issues. The length of a delivery is monitored using a network of sensors to register information about ignition, driver door and rear door activity and when combined with a hand held device, each delivery can be broken down into a series of events – from ignition off, through goods unloaded, signature capture and ignition on.

Isotrak’s WISMO (Where Is My Order) system offers the end customer the opportunity to gain information about their delivery online prior to delivery. Add to this a sophisticated customer SMS or email alerting system and the recipient is no longer locked in the house for an entire afternoon. An automated text message is sent 20 minutes prior to delivery, increasing customer satisfaction and drastically reducing your failed delivery costs.
