We monitor every device for CPU, memory and interface utilization every 2 minutes (7.5 times more frequently than BT) and we maintain a fully mirrored ‘always – on’ data centre that can be up and running within 60 minutes.
From our world-class data centre in UK, our products are delivered to over 100,000 individual users. Our Milton Keynes data centre processes 62 positional updates – every second of every day for over 35,000 vehicles. As an average for the year 2010, our system availability was 99.94%. But for the other 0.14% we have full a fully mirrored system in Bristol.
We have a helpdesk available 24/7 fronted by people who understand your needs as well as they understand our business. This provides a single and seamless point of contact for you or your team requiring assistance – in everything from vehicle hardware to system operations queries.
Getting the most from Isotrak within your company is paramount. Our professional services, who oversee implementation of the product, will examine your working processes, goals and current IT packages and advise on change management prior to installation. Once established, we’ll work alongside you to integrate with existing systems.
Furthermore, all of our infrastructure, support and customer services staff are ITIL v3 Foundation trained as a minimum and operate under an industry leading Service Level Agreement.
