That’s why Isotrak offers all of your operations staff and drivers comprehensive training options, either on-site or at our dedicated Training Centre.

Each trainee learns at a pace matched to their knowledge and abilities. The training is fully certified and quality assured, awarded to Isotrak by the Institute of Training. Each trainee who completes the course receives formal feedback on their competencies.

All Isotrak trainers are experienced professionals from the logistics industry who have had operational experience. Many of them have also been accredited as trainers by the Institute of IT Training so providing a unique blend of operational and IT skills, from which site staff benefit from and can relate to.

Driver training starts in small groups in the classroom using vehicle simulators, after which on-road training covers operations ‘on the job’. All training is certified and quality assured with each trainee signing off their competency. All training is carried out around a site’s activities in order to minimise disruption to operations.

On Site Training

• On-site training meets client’s local requirements; staff are removed from normal daily duties only for minimum time periods.
• The application of the Isotrak system is related to individual client operational practices to aid smooth integration into the business.
• Provides clients with Isotrak methodology along with practical experience of the Isotrak applications.
• Allows users to receive training in an operational environment and initiates immediate application of new skills.
