The Isotrak team continually monitor progress of your implementation. We keep any disruption to a minimum, checking progress with regular on-site checkpoint meetings and ensuring full communication between all stake-holders.

• Pre – Implementation: Prior to the solution implementation, network links are established between your sites/depots and Isotrak’s hosting centre. Since Isotrak is accessed online, the investment needed to establish a separate infrastructure is kept to a minimum. We arrange workshops with your onsite team ensuring everyone understands, and appreciates, the objectives and benefits.

• Implementation: It’s essential that there’s no gap in your operation as the change-over occurs – our team is expert in ensuring minimal disruption to service, while strictly adhering to planned targets and schedules.

• Project Planning & Management: Because we have taken the time to understand your business needs, we can tailor our implementation plans to suit your timescales and requirements. Plans are discussed and agreed with you and your team, meaning that issues can be addressed in advance and activity focus is maintained throughout the project.

• Vehicle Installation: The installation process is designed to be as easy as possible for your business. It takes place at your preferred time and location causing minimal disruption to your fleet. Our technicians consult you and your drivers then position the in-cab equipment to balance safety with ease of use and efficiency. Our team make random checks to ensure a consistently high standard of installation throughout the fleet.

• Training: No system will work if people aren’t confident in using it. From your drivers to team managers and office staff, Isotrak offers comprehensive training, which means your teams hit the ground running, able to make the most of the Isotrak system.

Our trainers are experienced professionals from the logistics industry with operational experience as well as IT skills. All training is quality assured and fully certified by the Institute of Training, of course formal feedback is available to all trainees who complete the course. We want to minimise disruption to your operations, so training takes place to a pre-arranged schedule that fits in with your needs – it’s up to you whether it takes place on site or at our dedicated training centre in Milton Keynes.
