The analysis and design of a solution for our customers is followed by its implementation.
This stage of the project is carefully managed to ensure changes to operations are made with minimal disruption to service, and with rigid adherance to the implementation plan’s targets and schedules.
The Isotrak team has wide-ranging experience in several sectors of the logistics industry. Implementation plans and system solutions are tailored to suit your timescales and business requirements. Implementation issues are identified, action plans agreed and focus of activity is maintained throughout the project.
To physically install the solution, network links are established between your nominated office and the Isotrak Network Hub. By working with your IT department, the Isotrak system can integrate with your existing systems and run across your company’s entire area network. Access to the Isotrak service can also be achieved through the Internet, therefore minimising investment in establishing a separate infrastructure.
Implementation plans are designed, discussed and agreed with each client prior to the commencement of a project. Scheduled on-site checkpoint meetings validate progress of the project against the implementation plan, and pre-implementation workshops are designed to generate awareness of objectives amongst the client’s onsite team.
The installation process is designed to be as easy as possible for your business. We arrange a time and a place that’s most convenient to your operations and least disruptive to your fleet. Our technicians will discuss with you and your drivers the positioning of the equipment within the cab for optimum safety, ease and efficiency of use. Random checks are also made to ensure that the quality of installation is of a consistently high standard.
