Turners, one of the largest independent haulage companies in the UK who excel in the provision of supply chain solutions, have chosen Isotrak to be their telematics provider for the refrigerated division. Isotrak will install the Active Transport Management System (ATMS) into Turner’s fleet delivering features such as tracking, telematics, driving style and temperature sensing.

Historically Turners have had a number of systems in place and identified a need to consolidate to one supplier on their refrigerated division, as well as increase fleet visibility and KPI reporting. Isotrak emerged as supplier of choice following a superior business case demonstrating the ability to deliver notable mpg improvements, improved fuel saving, reduction of CO2 production and increased fleet visibility. In addition, Isotrak demonstrated the will to advance the core product and showed the greatest interest in Turners, their needs and their business structure as a whole.

With installation nearing completion the future is looking bright for Turners. Having previously relied on a combination of telematics, administration and ‘watchers’ to keep tabs on the operation, they now look forward to using Isotrak’s advanced KPI Dashboard to alert and report by exception. Turners are keen to embrace the most up-to-date technology in order to consistently manage transport rather than fire-fight on a daily basis as the Isotrak system will do the job of monitoring progress. With Isotrak on hand as a wholly managed service there will always be help on hand to aid in driving results.
