The post of HR and Finance Assistant is a new one, necessitated by Isotrak's continuing growth. Reporting to the HR Manager, the position will be responsible for providing administrative support in the areas of recruitment, pay and benefits, and HR record keeping, and will also be required to share telephonist duties and assist the finance team with data inputting.
Candidates must have either worked in an HR department, and/or have an HR qualification combined with general administrative experience. Other requirements are good MS Office skills, preferably including Access and Exel to Intermediate standard, a willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks, and the ambition and ability to progress in a rapidly developing business.
